Macro Monday

This is my first stab at this. I often use my camera on the macro setting.......This shot looked great, then when I got it on my computer. Blah. Not as clear as I hoped. Still.....learning.

We have had so much rain in the last day , that I had to get out this morning and check out the blue babies! My dad's bushes are actually doing better , we thought we had lost them. They are finally producing fruit. Hoping for a late crop. Uncle R's plants are much more mature and were overflowing! Who knew picking blue berries could make you so happy! The kids were so excited and eating them almost as fast as I could pick them!

The one in my hand was the macro picture. It was huge. Rye grabbed it immediately and popped it in his mouth. Only to K's disapointment. I had to find her another XL Blueberry.

We ended up with quite a bit! I figure that is about 5$ worth. Ha! Who needs Walmart! Thats hand is K sneaking in to grab a bite. These will be gone by tomorrow. Good thing we have our own supply!

macros can be very hard to take. Often the camera will focus on something we are not looking at. You can always take lots of pics and delete away, hoping one will thrill you. Looks as though you have a bountiful crop!

Tammie's suggestion is what I was going to say! :) Keep taking pics, once you've got 10 or 12 one is bound to thrill you! Also, try finding something (even your other hand/arm) to add stability and reduce movement.

I had to laugh, my 2yo calls them boo babies!
